Jon has a diverse business and real estate background that is foundational to his strategic negotiating style and creative problem-solving skills. His experience as a business owner, private equity investor, broker, and real estate syndicator has resulted in more than $1 Billion in successful negotiations spanning millions of square feet. He has been both a commercial tenant and landlord, and deeply understands both sides of the negotiating table. This balanced, “wide angle” perspective helps him spot opportunities where others see roadblocks and identify what is important to each participant in a negotiation.
Matt Benson is a Vice President at Range Partners, a U.S. Navy veteran, and California Barred attorney. He served as a Judge Advocate General for ten years and is a Lieutenant Commander in the Navy JAG Corp reserves. Matt brings his unique experience advising our nation's top military leaders on time-sensitive, high-profile legal issues to each transaction. Leveraging his extensive legal training and advocacy skills, Matt delivers advocacy and advice to business leaders on their real estate decisions. He demonstrates a response time, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence that is second to none.
Riley Dickard is a Senior Associate at Range Partners, a native San Diegan, and a San Diego State University graduate. Since acquiring his Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Finance, he has developed a collaborate, relationship-driven approach to commercial real estate. He naturally finds ways to create winning opportunities and has proven himself an aggressive tenant and buyer representative.
Parker Onufer is a 4th generation San Diego native, a Financial Services graduate from SDSU, and has worked in construction for over two decades. As a commercial superintendent, Parker oversaw ground-up development, custom projects, and tenant improvements for office, R&D, and laboratory spaces. His unique experience in commercial construction brings immense value to his clients and the Range Partners team. Parker's experience with construction costs, potential timelines, and project coordination allows him to leverage negotiations in favour of each client and ensure they receive maximum concession packages.
